We work with materials such as stainless steel, anodized aluminum or special alloys with high-precision laser cutting and forming processes adapted to clinical geometries. These parts must meet strict requirements for strength, hygiene and aesthetics, so we optimize every detail to ensure seamless integration into medical structures, support devices or clinical mobility systems.

We perform CNC machining and precision welding for components that require maximum accuracy, such as joints, mobile supports, fixations or customized orthopedic structures. We use TIG welding especially indicated for thin and clean parts, applying continuous quality controls that ensure safe, clean and functional joints in clinical contexts.

At Gifertech we assemble clinical and orthopedic subassemblies with the utmost care. We incorporate metal parts, plastic parts or specific coatings, and we perform burr-free finishes, with protective, anodized or polished treatments according to sanitary regulations. We deliver parts ready to be directly integrated in medical devices or clinical furniture.
